The Last Day of My Form 3 School Day...what a weird feelings..

On 13th of November, also the last day of our school in this 2008 year...i got this weird feelings around me.. thought of snapping photos with friends, who knew most of them never come. Hahaha..anyhow, couple of friends and myself went to City Plaza, a shopping mall nearby. We planned to 'walk' out of the school even before it was dismissed !!!..as some of the students had already gone home with their parents....
However, we were blocked by the stupid school guard !!! Well i'm not saying that they'r stupidm but actually they'r very responsible..hehehe...they wouldn't want anything happens to us right. So we had to wait from 12 pm till 2 pm !!!! until the school was dismissed..what a boring time..however we filled up our time by doing wat? Guess what ! It's poker time again !!!
We tought of watching Madagascar 2:Escape Africa, who knew it was haven't been played on that day, so all of us decided to watch Quantum of Solace 007, well its kinda boring...HAHAHA...

Weight lifting does not stunt growth. That is one of the oldest myths that revolves around lifting. Height is encoded into your DNA which makes it genetically predetermined what height you will reach. Boys and girls as young as 5 or 6 and younger possibly have trained with weights. They have also had 5 and 6 year olds compete in weightlifting and powerlifting events. It is a subject that has been studied very much and not one study has shown that weight training stunts growth.
