HOliday trip to Seremban and Capital City KL-Kuala Lumpur...

It's been a month i've been trapped in my house doing nothing ...... games and tv's all the time..finally i got the chance to go out somewhere..YESS!!!....
So on 14th of December, i began my journey...I WOKE UP AT 5 AM!!!! wat the ----

Weight lifting does not stunt growth. That is one of the oldest myths that revolves around lifting. Height is encoded into your DNA which makes it genetically predetermined what height you will reach. Boys and girls as young as 5 or 6 and younger possibly have trained with weights.
