New hairstyle

Just changed my hair style a bit recently. my hair looked like bushes last time. until ppl keep complain == ( whoever complained knows la. XDXD ), decided to change style. ran to the barber shop ' uncle oii uncle oii!! ' i mau change style. gunting faux hawk bagi saya lar. uncle : ' apa tu faux hawk ? " me: ' ahdui. faux hawk pun tak tau ka.." XD juz kidding. i din say that uncle:' bagi saya tau macam mana punya . " ( i was sriously sweating by that time). me: ' erer..macam rambut beckham dulu lar. panjang dkt tengah punya. skrng die botak rite. saya tak mau la botak tu saya nampak gumuk. XD ' uncle : ' okok. saya simpan tengah, tepi saya gunting nah ' me: 'okok. '

...after half an hour. tada !! but no photos uploaded. HAHA. ops sorry ya. thats how i came up with a false hawk aka. fauxhawk. (for ya info. it called false hawk coz the real hawk aka. mohawk is shaved off on the side. however for faux hawk the side of the hair is just cut shorter than the middle part. ==)

All crappy stuff..talking nonsense. somebody teach me de. L0L ><

Weightraining.....stunts.....growth!!!???

Weight lifting does not stunt growth. That is one of the oldest myths that revolves around lifting. Height is encoded into your DNA which makes it genetically predetermined what height you will reach. Boys and girls as young as 5 or 6 and younger possibly have trained with weights. They have also had 5 and 6 year olds compete in weightlifting and powerlifting events. It is a subject that has been studied very much and not one study has shown that weight training stunts growth. Although, the studies do not involve major injuries with kids your age but even still, most injuries that stunt growth are usually involved with sports that involve running and jumping that can create extremely high forces on ones joints. Drugs such as steroids and medications can also stunt growth. There are actually even some studies that show weight training to be a stimulant for height (not proven completely true yet) and it is shown that lifting weights for young kids can be a great benefit to have stronger
